Return Policy

Orders are custom printed, and therefore are non-refundable. Since all garments are printed and made-to-order, we cannot replace/remake a garment that was not ordered in the correct size. Please choose the correct size by referring to our measurement charts here.

If there is a non size-related issue with your order, please e-mail us at hello@thecrewapparelco.com within 14 days of the ship date.

If there is an error with your order or if there are any changes you wish to make after your order has been placed, please contact us within 2 hrs of the order being placed or by the following business day if the order was placed over the weekend.
